Johannes Peeters has worked in the mainframe world since 1980. Since 1990, his main focus has been optimizing applications and reducing costs in the z/OS area. He was Partner and CEO at APM AG and Trilog AG as well as Data Base Solutions AG.
Also as CEO of zIT Consulting GmbH and Sales Manager, Johannes Peeters continues cost consultation in the area of IBM’s zSystems.
Friedhelm Stöhler has worked in Information Technology since 1990. He started as a System Programmer and System Architect with IZB Informatik Zentrum, responsible for various projects like parallel Sysplex implementations, Sysplex merges, Backup strategies, Websphere for z/OS, and system tuning.
Today, he’s a z/OS Consultant with his main focus on zPricing. Mr. Stöhler is a partner in zIT Consulting GmbH and holds the position of Product Leader for zPrice Manager.
Horst Döhler has worked in the mainframe world since 1981. He was with an insurance group until 1998, responsible for quality management and questions pertaining to performance optimization in the z/OS area. Since then, he supports cost and migration projects for insurance companies, banks, and automotive industries.
As a partner in zIT Consulting GmbH, Horst Doehler’s primary responsibility is coordinating the development and execution of customer projects.
Uwe Oswald has been involved with the mainframe since 1994. For a few years, he was employed by IBM in Mainz where he performed technical field work, responsible for different mainframe level 2 software products. Other positions in his career have been at Lufthansa Systems as Leader of z/OS and z/VM System Programming and at Deutsche Bank as Vice President of Mainframe Infrastructure Management. He now works for zIT Consulting GmbH, focusing improving system settings and throughput and reducing costs.
Uwe Oswald also works as a freelance trainer for IBM in the area of WLM and RMF performance. He’s been involved with managing and optimizing mainframe performance for over 10 years, with many of those years in banking environments.
Walter A. Vagnozzi started to work as Sales Consultant in the software industry in 1986, with a special focus on the mainframe world. He has got a long experience with international corporations, such as, amongst others, BMC Software, IBM Tivoli, Amdhal Software, Fujitsu SofTek and 5M Informatica, often taking care of companies’ start-ups.
His aim has always been to offer the best possible solutions to fulfill customer’s needs and to provide the greatest optimization of their IT environment, in terms of both high performance and cost savings.
Today he is responsible for leading zIT Consulting into the Italian market and the Switzerland Ticino region.
